Liam Axisa has graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) and is currently reading for a Masters in Advocacy at the University of Malta. As President, he has strived to undertake a complete overhaul of the Council’s structure, image and working relationships so as to ensure that the valid work undertaken in past Executives may continue to grow and change with the times. He has always had a penchant for pragmatic thinking, something which is necessary in an environment where the youth dimension is often on the back-burner, enabling a balanced approach at advocating the Council’s positions. Liam has also previously held roles within the Council as Logistics Officer and the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) Malta, while at present he works as a Legal Trainee at Camilleri Preziosi Advocates. In his spare time, Liam is an avid follower of international affairs and European politics, as well as a fan of documentaries and non-fiction reading.
